Job Summary
Responsibilities:
- Contributes to the annual business/account plan for the assigned account agreeing with the Client Director what actions will be required for their product / portfolio.
- Manages a product portfolio or product ensuring members are provided appropriate support from Visa Europe.
- Works with client to identify new and ongoing requirements introducing new products and services as appropriate.
- Works closely with the assigned client ensuring an ongoing quality relationship is maintained with the bank operational team.
- Demonstrates good knowledge of all Visa product and services with expert knowledge in certain areas.
- Engages with colleagues across Visa ensuring teams such as sales specialist product marketing business development and consulting are appropriately involved and informed about their client issues.
- Support cross functional initiatives as required.
This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your hiring manager.
Qualifications :
Support the Client Director in actively managing the relationship with a strategic key account to promote and secure use of Visa Europe products and services.
