Job Summary
Target
To guarantee the reliability of our production equipment by driving a proactive maintenance strategy. This role focuses on preventing issues executing problem-solving and collaborating closely with Production Processes and Quality to boost overall equipment effectiveness (OEE).
Main Responsibilities
- Drive Proactive Maintenance: Develop manage and optimize data-driven preventive and predictive maintenance programs (TPM) to anticipate failures.
- Collaborate for Improvement: Act as the key maintenance partner for Production Processes and Quality teams to enhance equipment performance and support continuous improvement initiatives.
- Lead Root Cause Analysis: Conduct in-depth analysis of equipment failures to implement robust long-term solutions and prevent recurrence.
- Provide Technical Leadership: Offer high-level support for complex equipment issues and manage spare parts strategy for critical components.
Qualifications :
Knowledge & Experience
- Bachelors Degree in Mechatronics Electromechanical Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
- Strong knowledge of electromechanical systems PLCs industrial controls and robotics.
- Proficient in reading electrical hydraulic and pneumatic schematics.
- Familiar with TPM principles (Corrective Preventive Predictive) and structured problem-solving methodologies (e.g. 8D Shainin).
