Job Summary

Our shift leaders are the glue that holds the team together. Theyre restaurant leaders motivating and engaging the team day in and day out. They champion our food safety and food quality standards and are always focussed on delivering exceptional service to everyone who walks through our doors.
About you
- Youve got management experience in hospitality customer-facing roles and/or other fast-paced environments.
- Youre a natural-born multitasker.
- Youve got incredible attention-to-detail and accuracy skills.
- Youre a confident communicator and can handle challenging situations.
- Youre eager ready to learn and willing to put in the effort to do your best work.
- Youre determined to work with your fellow crew and management team to achieve success in the restaurant and hit our KPIs.
- You have the legal right to work in Australia.
Qualifications
- Youve completed or are willing to complete a Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) course in Victoria.
- Youve completed or are willing to complete a First Aid course (HLTAID011) within the last three years.
