Job Summary

PRN positions available for RNs in our Acute Care/Med Surg!

The Registered Nurse (RN) Acute Care is responsible for providing the highest degree of quality nursing care to patients. The nurse will use their specialized knowledge and expertise related to critical disease states to plan coordinate implement and evaluate patient care utilizing the nursing process. We currently have PRN Day/Night positions working rotating weekends.

Requirements:

  • Current Colorado RN license or eligibility to obtain.
  • Current BLS issued by the American Heart Association
  • Must have a minimum of 1 year nursing experience preferablyin an Acute Care Med Surg or Telemetry.
  • BSN is preferred.

SALARY:

  • $37.50 - $56.23/hour (BSN) 14% PRN Differential
  • Entry salary dependent upon education skill set and experience.
  • Valley View recognizes a 4% pay difference for RN-ADN BSN MSN
  • $2.25/hour evening shift differential when working a minimum of 4 consecutive hours between 3:00pm-11:30pm.
  • $4.00/hour night shift differential when working a minimum of 4 consecutive hours between 11:00pm - 7:30am.
  • $4.25/hour weekend shift differential when working 5 or more continuous hours between 7pm on Friday and 7am on Monday.
  • Annual Bonusesto eligible PRN employees based upon organizational and individual performance.
