Master Production Scheduler - Breakers & Modules
The Opportunity
Join a team that plays a critical role in powering the future of energy. As our Master Production Scheduler you will be at the center of planning and coordinating production for longlead components engineeredtoorder equipment and projectdriven manufacturing in a fastmoving and highly innovative environment. You will shape the master production schedule that keeps complex operations running smoothlybalancing customer demand capacity constraints material availability and evolving market conditions.

Youll work closely with Sales Engineering Procurement Manufacturing and Project Management to translate strategy into action ensuring the right products move at the right timeevery time. Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations procedures and guidelines.
How Youll Make an Impact
Develop and maintain the master production schedule aligned to demand and project milestones.
Translate S&OP outputs into efficient executable production plans.
Manage longlead and engineeredtoorder items for energy manufacturing.
Perform capacity planning and recommend mitigation strategies.
Coordinate with supply chain teams to ensure material availability.
Monitor inventory targets and address shortages with recovery plans.
Partner crossfunctionally to support NPIs ECOs and schedule updates.
Track KPIs and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Your Background
Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Operations Engineering or related field.
3 years of experience with production scheduling or planning in a manufacturing environment.
Understanding of capacity planning inventory management and demand forecasting.
Familiarity with S&OP processes and ERP/MRP systems.
Strong analytical communication and problemsolving skills.
Experience in energy industrial or engineeredtoorder manufacturing preferred.
