Job Summary
Do you have a passion for customer support and sales administration in an international environment We are looking for a motivated and passionate colleague to join our team in Roermond Netherlands. As a Sales Support Specialist you will leverage your expertise in Sales Support and Customer Service effectively contributing to our dynamic team and make a real impact.
General Responsibilities
Order Processing:
- Accurately enter and process customer orders into the system
- Verify order details including pricing quantities and delivery information
- Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely order fulfillment
- Monitor and track order status providing updates to customers as needed
Sales Support:
- Assist the sales team with preparing and sending quotes to customers
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone email and chat in a timely and professional manner
- Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system
Customer Service:
- Address customer complaints and issues escalating to the appropriate team member when necessary
- Provide product information and support to customers
Functional Skills and Knowledge
- Prior experience with import/export distribution in an international environment
- Excellent communication skills in Dutch and English both written and verbal
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Customer-oriented with a positive attitude
- Team player who can work collaboratively with sales and other departments
- Proactive and willing to learn new skills
- Prior experience in customer service order processing and sales support with SAP knowledge as an added advantage
