DaVita is hiring a Patient Care Technician (PCT) to support patients with end-stage renal disease in an outpatient dialysis clinic. As a PCT youll provide direct hands-on care under RN supervision helping patients through life-sustaining dialysis treatment.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver safe hygienic and compassionate dialysis care
- Monitor patients before during and after treatment
- Set up and maintain dialysis equipment
- Record vital signs and patient data
- Educate patients on treatment and kidney health
- Collaborate with nurses dietitians social workers and other care team members
Requirements
- Accredited High School diploma general education development (GED) credential or equivalent
- Comfortable around blood needles and medical equipment
- Physically able to work long shifts on your feet
- Willing to float between local clinics if needed
- Flexible schedule including mornings evenings weekends and holidays
- Preferred: CNA MA CHT phlebotomy certification or healthcare experience
