Highlights of your role
- MaintainHVAC/Requipment through preventative maintenanceand verify equipment is performing within specifications
- Troubleshoot and repair defectiveHVAC/Requipment components or wiring including adding and reclaiming refrigerants
- Provide alternative solutions to mechanical problemsonequipment when needed
- Maintainrecords of workrequiredand performed in ourComputerized Maintenance Management System
- Accurately logany inventory transactions thattake place while working on equipment
Youre a good fit if you have (or if you can)
- EPA certification for handling refrigerant
- 2-year degree orequivalentwork experience in HVAC/R
- Abilityto obtain Minnesota Special Engineer License for boiler operation
- Willingnessto train on ARC flash and obtain Registered Unlicensed Electrician License
- Physical capability to performjob duties including working at elevated heightsonladders and aerial lift platforms
Also want to make sure you have
- Abilityto read schematics blueprints and equipment manualsto diagnose equipment issues
- Strong knowledge ofHVAC systemwiring pipingtroubleshootingand equipment controls
- Versatility flexibility and a willingness to work within constantly changing priorities
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
