Pay Rate: $17.25 per hourStatus: Full-Time (36.5 hours per week)Schedule

• Thursday & Friday: 4:45 PM 12:45 AM (8-hour shifts)
• Saturday: 8:45 PM 8:45 AM (12-hour shift)
• Sunday: 8:45 PM 5:45 AM (9-hour shift)
• Mondays Tuesdays Wednesdays: OFF

Job Summary

The Security Officer is responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment by conducting routine patrols and monitoring facility conditions. This position requires strong attention to detail the ability to work independently and basic computer skills for reporting.

Primary Duties & Responsibilities

• Conduct regular walking rounds inside the facility and occasional exterior patrols
• Monitor for and report:
• • Unauthorized persons on the premises
  • Signs of smoke fire or other safety hazards
  • Unsecured damaged or broken doors and windows
  • Any notable facility issues or irregular conditions
• Respond appropriately to observed incidents and follow established procedures
• Accurately complete daily activity reports using a computer or reporting system
• Maintain a professional appearance and comply with all site and company policies

Qualifications & Requirements

• Basic computer skills required (for logging daily activity reports)
• Ability to walk and stand for extended periods
• Strong observation documentation and communication skills
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• Ability to work evening overnight and weekend shifts
• Prior security experience is a plus but not required (training provided)

Licensing & Screening Requirements

• Must be willing to participate in the Companys pre-employment screening process including a drug screen and background investigation
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a Wisconsin DSPS Private Security Person license
• Licensing eligibility requires no felony convictions in accordance with Wisconsin DSPS regulations
• Must remain compliant with all state and company licensing requirements throughout employment
