Job Summary
Jim Norton Ford in Broken Arrow OK is seeking a reliable and professional Lot Porter to join our this role you will be responsible for driving customers to and from our service department ensuring careful handling and excellent customer service at all times. The ideal candidate will have a clean driving record strong communication skills and a commitment to safety and efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Drive vehicles between the service department and customers locations safely and promptly.
- Maintain constant communication with the service team and customers regarding vehicle status and delivery times.
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure vehicles are in safe operating condition.
- Keep accurate records of vehicle mileage and delivery times.
- Assist with other service department duties as needed to support team efficiency.
Requirements
- Valid drivers license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to operate vehicles safely and responsibly in a variety of traffic conditions.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Dependable punctual and able to manage time effectively.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.

Physical Requirements
The physical requirements of the position are MEDIUM in intensity.
Must be able to sit/stand/walk for long periods of time.
Visual acuity requirements include color depth perception and field of vision comparable necessary to drive vehicles safely.
Constant Reaching sitting standing walking fingering grasping feeling talking hearing.
Frequent Repetitive motion.
Frequent Balancing kneeling crouching pushing pulling lifting up to 50 lbs.
Physical Working Conditions
This position is subject to inside and outside environmental working conditions including but not limited to temperature changes outside weather conditions slightly elevated ambient noise levels minor potential physical hazards as electrical mechanical and cleaning equipment and minor atmospheric conditions affecting skin or respiratory systems such as fumes odors and dusts associated with operating an auto dealership.
