Salary & Compensation
- Gross Salary: 1300.00 / month
- Productivity Bonus: Up to 10% of gross salary (based on target achievement)
- Training Completion Bonus: 100 gross (one-time payment with second salary cycle)
- Relocation Bonus: 300 gross after 6 months of employment
- Food Allowance: Up to 80/month based on on-site attendance
Working Hours & Schedule
- Working Hours: 09:00 17:00
- Schedule: Monday to Friday & Weekends
Training
- Start Date: 18 February 2026
- Duration: 19 fully paid training days
- Training from Home: No

About the Role
As a Content Moderator you will be responsible for reviewing and moderating user-generated content to ensure a safe respectful and compliant online environment. You will play an essential role in enforcing platform guidelines and maintaining high-quality digital interactions.
Key Responsibilities
- Review and evaluate user-generated content for policy compliance
- Investigate and act on reports related to abuse harassment or violations
- Assess interpersonal interactions for appropriateness
- Identify age-appropriate versus restricted content
- Flag offensive language gestures sexually suggestive or graphic material
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve moderation policies and workflows
Who Were Looking For
Languages
- Dutch: C1/C2 (Native-level)
- English: B2
Experience
- 12 years in customer support content moderation or tech support
- Experience with gaming or digital platforms is an advantage
Skills & Competencies
- Strong critical thinking and decision-making skills
- High attention to detail and adaptability
- Typing speed 30 WPM with 85% accuracy
- Ability to understand idioms slang and cultural references
