About the Role

As a Clinic RN youll combine clinical expertise with compassionate care to ensure an exceptional patient experience. Your role is key to building patient trust supporting providers and promoting health outcomes in our community.

Key Responsibilities:

• Obtain vital signs patient histories and assess needs

• Perform and assist with clinical procedures and exams

• Educate patients and families to support optimal health

• Provide telephone triage and guide patients to appropriate care

• Administer medications and perform routine nursing procedures

• Collect and process laboratory specimens

• Document care accurately and timely in the EHR

• Collaborate with providers and team members for coordinated care

• Maintain exam rooms and follow infection control protocols

What Were Looking For

Required:

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing

• Current Washington RN license

• BLS certification within 6 months of hire (company provided)

• Minimum 1 year of hospital or triage experience

• Strong communication skills adaptability and sound judgment

Preferred:

• ACLS certification
