Job Summary:

The Cashier is responsible for accurately handling cash and non-cash transactions ensuring proper billing maintaining financial records and providing professional customer service while complying with company policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

Receive and process cash card and digital payments accurately
Issue receipts refunds and maintain transaction records
Perform daily cash reconciliation and prepare cash reports
Ensure compliance with financial controls and company policies
Handle customer inquiries related to payments and billing
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cashier counter
Coordinate with accounts and operations teams when required

Education & Qualification:

Minimum Qualification: Graduation (Bachelors degree in any discipline)
Commerce Business Administration or Accounting background preferred

Experience:

Prior experience as a cashier or in cash handling will be an advantage
