Job Summary
Our client is looking for a junior boilermaker / welder to join their workshop team. This role is ideal for a young hands-on individual who is eager to learn and gain experience working on steel components and truck bodies. No fancy stuff solid basic work and a good attitude.
Key Responsibilities:
- Repair and fix steel parts on trucks
- Welding and fabrication work
- Cutting grinding and assembling steel components
- Assist senior boilermakers and workshop staff
- Maintain a clean and safe work area
- Follow basic safety and workshop procedures
Personal Attributes:
- Junior level / entry-level experience
- Welding or boiler making knowledge (training or on-the-job experience)
- Willingness to learn and take instruction
- Physically fit and comfortable working in a workshop environment
- Reliable punctual and hardworking
- Trade school exposure or short welding course
- Experience working on trucks trailers or heavy equipment
- Valid drivers license
