About the Role

We are looking for a Content Moderator to support the French-speaking market. In this role you will be responsible for reviewing and moderating user-generated content to ensure compliance with community guidelines and internal policies helping to maintain a safe and positive online environment.

This position suits individuals who are detail-oriented resilient and comfortable working in a fast-paced international setting.

Key Responsibilities

Review evaluate and moderate French-language content
Apply policies and guidelines accurately and consistently
Identify and escalate sensitive or high-risk content when required
Maintain high quality accuracy and productivity standards
Document moderation decisions clearly and follow established workflows
Collaborate with team leads and quality teams to improve outcomes

Native or fluent French with good English skills
Strong attention to detail and sound judgment
Ability to handle sensitive or disturbing content professionally
Flexibility to work rotational shifts including weekends if required
Basic computer skills and ability to learn new tools quickly
Team-oriented reliable and proactive mindset
