The Role Account Executive DACH
You will be responsible for expanding the business across Germany Austria and Switzerland owning the full sales cycle and acting as a trusted advisor to hospitality businesses aiming to scale their revenue.
You will join a high-performing international sales team with the ambition to build the #1 hospitality SaaS platform in the DACH market.
Key Responsibilities

Own the full sales cycle: prospecting qualification demo closing

Drive new business through outbound outreach pipeline development trade fairs and strong CRM discipline

Conduct online and in-person meetings with decision-makers

Present value-driven solutions tailored to customer needs

Build long-term client relationships

Consistently exceed monthly sales targets
Requirements

Native-level German (C2) and strong English (B2)

13 years of experience in SaaS software or services sales

Proven success in target-driven environments

Experience working with CRM systems
