Job Summary
Duties & Responsibilities
- Develop manage and optimise preventive maintenance schedules.
- Plan and coordinate daily weekly and monthly maintenance work.
- Track and update work orders help desk calls and SLA commitments.
- Ensure tools materials and labour resources are available before work begins.
- Maintain accurate maintenance data asset histories reports and documentation.
- Coordinate subcontractor activities and ensure compliance with safety requirements.
- Engage with clients to communicate planned work and minimise service disruptions.
