Job Summary
Summary
You will serve as a SECURITY ASSISTANT (OA) in the Public Safety Function and serves as Pass and Identification Assistant of NAS PATUXENT RIVER SECURITY DETACHMENT.
- You will prepare issue and track Security Access Badges for major and Tenant Commands.
- You will approve access rosters and verifies updates are posted promptly at approved access points.
- You will prepare reports of findings and submits to his/her supervisor.
- You will conducts traffic and parking studies for commands

Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-05 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector performing related duties such as: 1) Providing clerical support to an organization by maintaining files; 2) Reviewing and preparing correspondence; 3) Using databases answering and directing visitors and telephone calls to the appropriate office; and 4) Approving access rosters and ensuring updates are posted promptly at designated access points for approved visitors.
