Are you a passionate Physical Therapist who loves working with infants and toddlers Join Rehab Resources and become part of a therapist-owned team dedicated to supporting children and families through early intervention services. We are currently seeking a Pediatric Physical Therapist to serve children ages birth to three in Green Lake County 12 days per week.
This flexible part-time opportunity allows you to make a meaningful impact during a childs most critical developmental years. You will work closely with families to promote motor development mobility and functional independence within the childs natural environment.

Your Responsibilities:
Conduct developmental physical therapy evaluations for infants and toddlers
Develop individualized IFSP-aligned treatment plans
Provide direct early intervention services in natural environments (home and/or community settings)
Address gross motor development strength balance coordination posture and mobility
Coach and educate families to support carryover in daily routines
Collaborate with service coordinators and interdisciplinary team members
Complete documentation in accordance with county and state guidelines
Qualifications:
Active Wisconsin Physical Therapist license
Pediatric and/or Birth to 3 experience preferred
Strong communication and family-coaching skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively
Passion for supporting children and families during early developmental stages

Qualifications- Graduate of an accredited school with a minimum of a bachelors degree in Physical Therapy.
- Certification or license as required by the State of Wisconsin or applicable state to practice as a Physical Therapist.
