We are currently seeking a Pediatric School-Based Physical Therapist to serve students in Green Lake County.
This school-based role offers a rewarding opportunity to make a real impacthelping students improve mobility access their educational environment and participate fully in school activities one child at a time.

Your Responsibilities:
Conduct physical therapy evaluations
Develop individualized treatment plans aligned with IEP goals
Deliver direct PT services to students with a variety of physical and mobility needs
Address areas including gross motor skills strength balance gait posture and functional mobility
Collaborate with families teachers and multidisciplinary school teams
Participate in IEP meetings and team discussions
Provide documentation in accordance with school and state guidelines
Educate caregivers and staff on strategies to support functional carryover
Qualifications:
Pediatric and/or school-based experience preferred
Comfort with teletherapy platforms and virtual service delivery
Strong communication organization and teamwork skills
A passion for helping children move participate and succeed
