We are seeking a compassionate and dependable Registered Nurse (RN) PRNto provide in-home clinical services across Wichita and Derby KS. This role is ideal for an experienced RN seeking flexible supplemental hours while making a meaningful impact in the community.Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-home nursing assessments and skilled nursing visits
- Complete start-of-care reassessments and re-certifications as needed
- Develop implement and document individualized care plans
- Provide medication management education and clinical oversight
- Coordinate care with caregivers families physicians and care managers
- Ensure compliance with state regulations and payer requirements
- Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Competitive PRN pay: $34-$36 per hour based on experience and visit type
- Flexible scheduling with PRN / per-diem availability
- Mileage reimbursement for in-home visits

- Active Kansas Registered Nurse (RN)license in good standing
- Minimum 1 year of nursing experience(home care or community-based experience preferred)
- Strong assessment documentation and communication skills
- Ability to work independently in a home-based setting
- Reliable transportation and valid drivers license
- Ability to pass background checks and meet state compliance requirements
