Job Summary

The AI Enablement Architect will lead the design of scalable secure frameworks that allow teams to innovate with AI while protecting production environments. This role sits at the intersection of software engineering AI security and DevOps ensuring that AI tools are implemented responsibly without slowing organizational growth.

You will establish guardrails policies and integration standards while partnering closely with engineering and DevOps teams to embed security compliance and operational excellence into every stage of AI deployment. The ideal candidate is a systems thinker with a security first mindset who can translate complex constraints into practical solutions and build reusable frameworks that teams actively adopt.

Key Responsibilities:

Design innovation frameworks that enable AI experimentation without risking production systems

Define isolation patterns guardrails and approval workflows for AI usage

Establish standards for how AI tools interact with core systems infrastructure and data

Develop policies addressing AI specific risks such as prompt injection and code generation vulnerabilities

Set integration standards including API contracts authentication authorization and governance

Ensure integrations remain secure scalable and maintainable

Partner with DevOps to embed AI guardrails into CI/CD pipelines

Implement approval gates secrets handling rollout strategies and automated security scanning

Guide teams on architectural tradeoffs and long term system health

Build starter kits templates and shared components to accelerate adoption

Advise engineering and business teams on AI architecture decisions

Qualifications:

5 years of software engineering experience required

Proven experience designing production grade architecture and distributed systems

Deep expertise in API design microservices and system integration

Strong fluency with LLMs prompt engineering and AI coding agents

Practical understanding of AI risks and mitigation strategies

Security first mindset with familiarity applying OWASP principles to AI generated code

Excellent cross functional collaboration skills

Strong communication ability with both technical and business stakeholders

Ownership mindset with the ability to build frameworks that scale
