Job Summary
Job Responsibilities:
- Facilitate Scrum events such as Sprint Planning Daily Stand-ups Sprint Reviews and Retrospectives.
- Guide the team on how to use Agile/Scrum practices to deliver high-quality products.
- Remove impediments or assist the team in doing so to ensure timely delivery of projects.
- Coach team members on Agile principles and help them adhere to the Scrum framework.
- Work closely with Product Owners to prioritize work and maintain the product backlog.
- Monitor team performance and ensure that Agile best practices are being followed.
Essential Qualifications:
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or similar certification.
- Demonstrated experience in a Scrum Master role in a remote working environment.
- Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies and frameworks.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lead and motivate a team towards continuous improvement.
Desired Experience:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Scrum Master.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams.
- Experience in the restoration or construction industry is a plus.
