The Associate Utility Services is a key contributor to Links commitment to operational excellence and customer-first service. The position supports the management and optimization of utility and telecom operations across the organization by ensuring accurate account management timely service resolution and strong vendor partnerships.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Proactively administer and reconcile utility accounts to ensure precision compliance and uninterrupted service.
Champion timely payments and maintain robust processes for utility accounts that safeguard operational continuity.
Foster collaborative relationships with telecom providers to deliver consistent high-quality service aligned with Link standards.
Monitor utility and telecom provider performance metrics including cost trend and usage patterns and provide actionable feedback to drive continuous improvement and innovation
Supports Utility Services colleagues by utilizing Links ticketing system to log track and manage service requests across multiple regions in alignment with established service-level agreements (SLAs).
Work closely with internal teams to identify process efficiencies and support cost-saving initiatives. Participate in projects aimed at streamlining workflows and improving service delivery.
Participate in cross-functional projects aimed at improving efficiency and reducing costs.
Contribute forward-thinking ideas to optimize processes and deliver sustainable scalable solutions
QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelors degree in Business Finance Real Estate or related field preferred.
12 years of experience in utility management property operations property management or related field (internship experience considered).
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities with a customer-first mindset.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with Yardi Salesforce or utility bill management systems a plus.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy.
