About the Role
We are seeking a commercially minded detail-oriented Partner Operations Specialist to join us on a 12-month maternity cover contract. In this global role you will optimise the end to end Channel Partner lifecycle driving operational excellence across onboarding enablement systems governance and performance management to ensure a scalable and consistent partner experience worldwide.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead optimisation of the full partner lifecycle: selection onboarding enablement deal registration performance management and renewals
- Improve and integrate partner processes across PRM CRM (Salesforce) ERP and other commercial systems
- Identify operational bottlenecks and implement scalable long-term improvements
- Partner with regional commercial teams and global functions (Finance Operations IT Data) to drive alignment and consistency
- Support governance forums and monitor key partner program KPIs
- Champion data quality compliance and best practices across the channel ecosystem
- Develop documentation communications and enablement materials to support adoption of new processes and tools
What Youll Bring
- 5 years experience in Partner Operations Commercial Operations Business Operations or similar roles within a global or regional organisation
- Strong experience with Salesforce (Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud) and familiarity with ERP systems
- Proven track record improving partner-facing workflows (e.g. onboarding deal registration governance processes)
- Experience leading cross-functional process improvement and driving system adoption
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence across matrixed multicultural teams
- Analytical systems-thinking mindset with a focus on scalability and continuous improvement
