Job Summary
A welcoming and ambitious 1118 secondary school in Stafford is seeking a committed and enthusiastic Teacher of French to join its Modern Foreign Languages department. The Role
You will teach French across Key Stages 3 and 4 with the opportunity to contribute to Key Stage 5 provision where appropriate. Lessons are designed to develop students listening speaking reading and writing skills in a structured and supportive way with a strong focus on pronunciation grammar foundations and real-world communication.
At Key Stage 3 the department prioritises building confidence and enjoyment in language learning using carefully sequenced lessons and frequent retrieval to support long-term progress. At GCSE teaching is focused on clarity exam readiness and helping students express themselves accurately and confidently.
You will work within a shared curriculum framework while still having space to bring creativity and personal teaching style into the classroom.

The Ideal Candidate
You will:
Hold QTS or equivalent in MFL
