About the role

In this global role within Aftersales Service Operations you will ensure that our ERP system is fully aligned with our business processes enabling efficient customer-centric service delivery worldwide. You will drive continuous improvement lead process standardisation and empower our teams through training and clear documentation.

More about the role

  • Align global Aftersales Service processes with enterprise process architecture and ERP set-up
  • Define harmonise and maintain global ERP service processes SOPs and related KPIs
  • Act as a key interface between service operations and functions such as Finance Engineering SCM SAP/IT and Product teams
  • Contribute functional expertise to SAP and IT projects to improve lead time cost efficiency and business model changes
  • Support the development of aftersales service concepts for new products channels and business units and derive ERP system changes
  • Lead and strengthen a global community of regional and local key users and process owners
  • Drive process documentation standardisation training and knowledge transfer globally

More about you

Essential

  • Degree or diploma in Engineering Supply Chain IT or a related field
  • 5 years of combined business and IT experience translating business needs into ERP-supported processes
  • Proven experience working with ERP systems (SAP S/4HANA required) in a global environment
  • Strong background in change management continuous improvement and cross-functional project execution
  • Excellent English communication skills


Preferred

  • Project management qualification or experience
  • Additional language skills (German and/or Spanish)
  • Experience with tools such as Jira or reporting solutions
