About The Role:

The Sales Assistant is responsible for supporting daily sales operations including coordination of sales activities internal communication administrative support and assisting team members in ensuring smooth business execution. This role plays a key bridging function in cross-cultural communication between headquarters and the local team providing operational administrative and communication support to ensure efficient sales operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support daily sales operations including schedule coordination travel arrangements and visitor reception when required;

  • Coordinate and organize internal and external meetings prepare meeting materials and draft meeting minutes;

  • Support departments with information collection data processing document filing and administrative tasks related to sales operations;

  • Provide multilingual translation (ChineseEnglishItalian) ensuring clear communication between HQ and the local team;

  • Assist team members with local administrative matters and work coordination to facilitate smooth cooperation;

  • Follow up on cross-department tasks ensuring efficient communication and project alignment between HQ and the local team;

  • Support the sales team in driving key projects and business activities to ensure execution and delivery.

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in Chinese Italian and English (both written and spoken);

  • Strong communication organizational and coordination skills with high execution capability;

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced multicultural environment;

  • Proficiency in office software (Excel PowerPoint Word etc.);

  • Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience (e.g. sales assistant administrative assistant project coordination business support or cross-department communication).
