RN Clinical Manager, Home Health

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a RN Case Manager(RN required) for our Egg Harbor Township NJHome Health office. This office provides best-in-class care to adult and geriatric clients throughout Egg Harbor Township NJ area.

Responsibilities for a Case Manager:

• Supervise a team of field nurses.
• Conduct supervisory visits as needed within the homes.
• Lead inspire and motivate others to provide exceptional care.
• Visit our adult and geriatric clients forsupervisory/assessment visitsin the Egg Harbor Township NJ area.
• Facilitate new hire orientation and training the new nurses.
• Coordinate and/or deliver in-services for field staff.

Qualifications:

• Registered Nurse (RN) with 2or more years of experience as an RN isrequired.
• 1 years of Home Healthrequired.
• 2 Years of Oasis experience preferred.
• Acute med/surgand/orsub-acute experience.
• Supervisory experience a plus.
