The position

As a Senior Global Project Manager you will:

    • Lead end-to-end delivery of global advisory board meetings ensuring strategic impact and flawless execution
    • Define project scope goals deliverables and metrics to determine success
    • Develop comprehensive project timelines ensuring timely progress and completion
    • Manage end-to-end KOL (Key Opinion Leader) management activities including contracting invoicing and closure
    • Oversee project budgets in collaboration with Global Medical Directors and Business Partners
    • Engage with and manage vendors ensuring cost efficiency and alignment with corporate procurement processes.
    • Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies during project execution
    • Foster cross-functional collaboration by mapping stakeholders understanding their needs and ensuring high buy-in and motivation
    • Conduct ongoing assessments to identify gaps in existing systems and processes proposing innovative solutions to enhance efficiency

Qualifications

We are looking for a candidate with the following qualifications:

    • A masters degree in life sciences business or a relevant area.
    • 5-6 years of relevant experience in cross-functional project management business development or global event/meetings management in the pharmaceutical industry.
    • Strong communication skills and a passion for project management and stakeholder engagement.
    • Experience in budget management and strategic planning.
    • Ability to work in teams and drive projects independently.
    • Organised strategic and process-oriented mindset.
    • Nice to have experience and understanding of Medical Affairs.

Medical Communications - Global Medical Affairs Product & Portfolio Strategy headquartered in Denmark (HQ) is part of Global Business Services (GBS) Bangalore India. The team is composed of highly motivated global scientific advisors project managers and graphic designers. Together we partner with the Global Medical Affairs teams in Denmark. Our core competencies include communicating scientific and medical knowledge on our products to the external scientific community and across the organization in-house content development and project management for external medical events. The atmosphere is dynamic and fast-paced with a strong focus on teamwork andcollaboration.
