Join us as a Product Director where you will lead the strategic growth and innovation of our product function shaping solutions that impact millions of banking customers. Drive cross-functional alignment and elevate product excellence in a dynamic fast-scaling tech hub. yourresponsibilities:
- Lead and mentor Product Managers across multiple teams and domains fostering growth and high performance.
- Drive adoption of consistent product standards discovery frameworks and outcome-driven methodologies.
- Ensure strategic alignment across product domains and contribute to portfolio-level planning and initiatives.
- Shape the operational model and culture of the Valencia hub facilitating collaboration with Berlin teams.
- Represent and evangelize the Product function through thought leadership workshops and community engagement.
- Build and sustain mentoring pipelines and succession plans to grow the Product community.
- Leverage modern tools and frameworks (e.g. Miro Figma Kano analysis North Star Metrics) to enhance product discovery and delivery.
- Collaborate closely with Domain Leads Engineering Chapter Leads UX and Research teams to deliver measurable business impact.

- 610 years of Product Management experience in senior lead or cross-domain roles.
- Proven track record mentoring and managing Product Managers elevating product quality across teams.
- Deep expertise in product discovery delivery experimentation and outcome-driven practices.
- Experience operating across multiple domains or platform teams ensuring strategic alignment and coherence.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills tailored for technical and non-technical audiences.
- Fluent English required; additional language skills (e.g. Spanish German) are a plus.
- Familiarity with product discovery and collaboration tools (Miro Figma Confluence Jira) and analytics platforms (Google Analytics Amplitude Mixpanel).
- Comfortable working in a hybrid environment with regular on-site presence in Valencia.
- Growth mindset empathy and a collaborative leadership style aligned with company values.
