The role
As a Senior Business Analyst you will play a key role in shaping data-driven decisions across product platform and commercial teams.
You will work on complex high-impact initiatives that influence marketplace performance across multiple markets. This is a hands-on analytical role with strong exposure to senior stakeholders not a documentation-focused BA position.
Tasks
What youll work on
- Analysing marketplace performance (supply & demand lead quality conversion)
- Supporting pricing and monetization strategies for professional customers
- Defining and tracking KPIs for product and platform initiatives
- Partnering with product and data teams on A/B testing and experimentation
- Evaluating the impact of search ranking and recommendation changes
- Standardizing metrics and reporting across multiple markets
- Supporting rollout of data-driven and AI-enabled features
What youll do
- Own complex analyses end-to-end from problem framing to recommendations
- Translate business questions into clear analytical approaches
- Work closely with Product Managers Engineers Data Scientists and Commercial teams
- Create dashboards reports and decision-ready insights
- Challenge assumptions and influence prioritization with data
- Communicate clearly with senior non-technical stakeholders
- Act as a thought partner rather than a requirements gatherer
Requirements
What were looking for
- 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst / Product Analyst / Data Analyst
- Strong hands-on experience with SQL
- Background in digital products marketplaces SaaS or data-driven companies
- Solid understanding of KPIs funnels and experimentation
- Proven ability to influence decisions using data
- Experience working in cross-functional international teams
- Strong communication skills and fluent English
Nice to have
- Marketplace or B2B platform experience
- Pricing or monetization exposure
- BI tools experience (Looker Tableau Power BI)
- Experience working across multiple regions or brands
