Job Summary
- Gather and analyze business requirements related to compensation planning merit cycles bonuses stock plans and allowances
- Configure and maintain Advanced Compensation plans eligibility rules compensation packages and calculation logic for New India Salary Structure
- Design and implement compensation review processes guidelines budgets and approvals
- Develop and maintain calculated fields business process frameworks condition rules and validations
- Support annual compensation cycles testing data validation and end-user training
- Partner with HR and Total Rewards teams to ensure best practices and compliance
- Troubleshoot system issues and provide effective solutions
- Create functional design documents and user guides
Skills:
- Workday Certification in Advanced Compensation (Active)
- 5 years of Workday HCM experience with strong focus on Advanced Compensation
- Proven experience in end-to-end Workday implementations
- Strong understanding of compensation structures merit planning bonus plans and equity compensation
- Experience with Workday security reporting and integrations (basic to intermediate level)
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
