Position Overview
This role supports the development and validation of GNSS products through hands-on testing data analysis and automation. The successful candidate will contribute to executing test plans evaluating product performance and analyzing results across multiple test scenarios including interference and real-world signal conditions.
This position provides exposure to the full product development lifecycle from test case development through data-driven performance assessment and is ideal for students interested in GNSS RF systems and applied engineering.
Responsibilities
Work with spectrum analyzers signal generators GNSS receivers and GNSS simulators
Develop test cases for GNSS interference and signal scenario testing
Write scripts to control GNSS simulators and recorder/replayersystems
Conduct testing to evaluate and compare product firmware iterations
Conductlab and fieldtesting to evaluate and compare product firmware iterations
Analyze and interpret product test results
Prepare clear technical reports to summarize test activities and results
Qualifications
Currently enrolled in aBachelors degree in Electrical Engineering
Completed third year or higher of the program
Academic or practical experience with one or more of the following:
RF systems antennas or communication systems
GNSS positioning or signal processing
Test equipment such as spectrum analyzers and signal generators
Experience with scripting or programming
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
Ability to document and communicate technical results clearly
Compensation
$27.74- $30.74/hour
