Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager with strong analytical and reporting skills to support capital markets initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in fixed income finance financial accounting capital markets operations and operational risk management along with the ability to manage multiple projects and engage effectively with cross-functional stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Analyze interpret and visualize data to support business decision-making within capital markets processes.
Coordinate and manage multiple projects simultaneously ensuring timely delivery of milestones and deliverables.
Prepare clear concise management reports and executive-level presentations for project status and milestone updates.
Liaise with business and technical stakeholders to gather requirements manage expectations and communicate progress.
Track project progress identify risks and issues and recommend mitigation strategies to keep initiatives on track.
Support process improvements by analyzing existing workflows and proposing data-driven enhancements.
Ensure comprehensive documentation of project requirements changes risks and outcomes.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of capital markets products operations and data flows.

Must-Have Qualifications

7 years of experience as an IT Project Manager.
Strong proficiency in Excel including reporting analytical modeling and data analysis.
Solid background in fixed income finance financial accounting and capital markets.
Prior hands-on experience with operational risk management.
Proven ability to coordinate stakeholders across multiple business and technology teams.
Strong critical thinking skills with exceptional attention to detail.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.

Preferred / Additional Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Finance Business Economics Data Science or a related field.
4 8 years of experience in Financial Services as a Project Manager Data Analyst Project Coordinator or similar role.
Strong understanding of capital markets processes and data (trade lifecycle settlements market data financial instruments).
Experience handling multiple projects and competing priorities effectively.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in executive reporting and presentations (PowerPoint Excel).
Familiarity with data visualization tools (Tableau Power BI) and project management tools (JIRA MS Project) is a plus.
