Job Summary
Purpose of Role
- Report cost of beverage and food consumed by B&F Division on a timely basis.
- Monitor consumption and beverage / food purchase and relevant cost percentages throughout W Taipei and make proper recommendations as a reference of making pricing strategies to maximize profit margins.
- Ensure food and beverage items are recorded accurately and stored securely.
- Perform month end close procedures for food beverage and general items; and execute quarterly OSE physical count.
- Plan and perform periodic and non-periodic food test.
- Prepare for monthly cost control reports timely and non-periodical analysis report for special purpose.
- Cooperate with Purchasing Department closely to make necessary adjustment/ revision for the settings in GoldenUp System (i.e. rule of coding categories item description etc)

- 及時反應餐飲部基礎的食品和飲料的消耗成本
- 監控整個飯店消耗費用和食品飲料的採購及相關之成本率並提出建議作為定價策略擬定之參考以提高利潤率
- 保證食品和飲料項目被準確地記錄和保存
- 執行食品飲料和一般品項目月底盤點及結帳程序與營業用品之季盤點事宜
- 規劃及執行定期與不定期之食品測試
- 定期編製成本分析之相關表報或提供不定期為特定目的分析所需之表報
- 與採購部密切協同配合對進銷存系統之建制及架構符合實務所需給予必要的調整如料號編碼規則產品類別品名敘述等
