Job Description:
Join a high-performance engineering team building a digital-first platform for high-net-worth individuals. You will design mission-critical backend systems orchestrate AI agents and build data pipelines that power proactive 24/7 global services. As a founding hire you will work directly with the CTO to scale infrastructure and deliver high-polish products to a discerning customer base.

What you will do:

• Design and implement core backend services and APIs using Python Django and DRF.

• Own the end-to-end delivery of features from initial architectural design to production rollout on GCP.

• Maintain and evolve background processing systems LLM integrations and context-heavy data pipelines.

The ideal candidate:

• Has 5 years of experience building and operating production backend systems with strong Python and Django expertise.

• Possesses deep knowledge of SQL performance tuning schema design and background job systems like Celery.

• Is a product-minded engineer comfortable managing cloud-native infrastructure and making pragmatic technical trade-offs.
