Job Summary

Your mission
Sales is a craft and this role is about mastering it properly with the right tools and team by your side. As a Junior Sales team member at PartsCloud you build a strong foundation in B2B SaaS sales through real outbound work real conversations and continuous feedback. Your mission is to actively learn improve and contribute. You dont just observe sales you practice it every day and get better step by step.
What Youll Be Working On
  • Learning the fundamentals of B2B sales
    • Understanding how outbound sales works end-to-end
    • Researching companies and decision-makers
    • Learning structured outreach via phone email and LinkedIn
    • Practicing how to ask good questions and listen actively
  • First conversations with prospects
    • Supporting outbound activities and initial outreach
    • Conducting first conversations and qualifying interest
    • Learning how to handle objections and rejection professionally
  • Building structure and consistency
    • Working with modern sales tools such as HubSpot Gong and Clay
    • Documenting conversations properly and managing leads
    • Developing discipline routines and ownership in daily sales work
Who Were Looking For
This role is ideal for students graduates career switchers or early professionals who want to actively build sales skills. You are likely a good fit if you:
  • are motivated to learn and improve continuously
  • enjoy communicating with people and speaking on the phone in German (MUST) and English (very good to have)
  • are willing to actively reach out to new contacts
  • take feedback seriously and apply it quickly
  • can handle rejection without losing motivation

  • enjoy working from the office and learning in close collaboration
Previous sales experience is not required. Mindset energy and willingness to learn matter more than a perfect CV.
Not Quite Your Thing
This role may not be the right fit if you expect learning to happen passively want everything to work perfectly from day one or prefer a fully remote setup. Its also not ideal if rejection feels discouraging rather than motivating.
The Tools Youll Be Using
Youll work with a modern and dynamic sales tech stack that enables you to focus on what matters most: Building relationships and driving the pipeline. Our current setup includes:
  • HubSpot Sales Hub for CRM and sales automation
  • LinkedIn Sales Navigator for prospecting and social selling
  • Gong for call insights and coaching
  • Clay for smart lead sourcing
  • Aircall for cloud telephony
  • Calltime for call scheduling and optimization
You dont need to have knowledge of these tools well learn together along the way! The stack evolves as we experiment with new tools to improve productivity and performance.
