Digital Transformation Manager
The purpouse of the role is supports the delivery of the companys digital innovation initiatives within the EMEA region ensuring effective implementation and adoption across the business.
Coordinates and deploys digital tools and programs to support commercial teams in achieving profitability and efficiency targets.
Works closely with the regional business units to ensure smooth execution and consistent delivery of digital projects in line with business priorities.
About the role
Strategic Development & Market Alignment
-Support the implementation of digital initiatives in collaboration with Business Development Managers.
-Work with local markets to understand customer digital needs and provide input on EMEA requirements for global digital initiatives
-Track market trends and competitor activities to help maintain AkzoNobels presence in the VR EMEA digital landscape
Customer-Centric Digital Solutions
-Support the creation and implementation of digital solutions tailored to key customer segments including work providers (FLI) MSOs distribution groups OEMs etc.
-Support Digital Marketing Team with using the customer feedbacks into solutions to help meet customer needs and expectations..
Project Leadership & Execution
-Coordinate and support regional digital projects to address local needs and drive adoption.
-Work closely with regional sales teams on tenders project tasks and day-to-day operations to ensure smooth implementation and delivery.
Industry Engagement & Representation
-Participate in discussions with digital industry stakeholders (e.g. BMS estimation tools claim handling platforms) to provide EMEA insights and feedback.
Data & Process Optimization
Commercial Support
About you
- Minimum Bachelor Degree in business management or related field.
- Min 5 years of work experience in commercial roles marketing or value adding services preferably in a digital environment. Experience in paints and coatings industry or B2B industry environment.
- High level of English in mandatory. Other European languages are highly desirable
- Project management decision making results orientation
- Communication and presentation skills.
