Develop baseline update and maintain project schedules using best planning and scheduling practices.
Load resources and budgets generate resource requirement reports and support lowerlevel planners.
Monitor progress control schedule performance and report critical issues or variances to management.
Extract Primavera data and coordinate with the cost controller to maintain an integrated costschedule system.
Issue schedules for internal and external stakeholders and ensure proper progress measurement across all projects.
Identify and explain variances between plan actuals earned value and forecasts escalating concerns as needed.
Present schedule updates to Leads/Managers and advise on risks or areas that may impact project or P&L objectives.
Bachelors degree with 5 years of planning experience in EPC project environments including strong knowledge of project controls processes.
Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel) with the ability to learn new software; working knowledge of Primavera P6 preferred.
Expert understanding of project management techniques such as critical path method progress measurement and earned value with handson experience in planning analysis and reporting.
Strong organizational analytical problemsolving communication and reporting skills with the ability to prioritize and work under pressure to meet deadlines.
Proven ability to build effective working relationships with clients partners staff and the Project Controls team.
