Job Summary
- Analysing financial data and performing margin computations of all the subsidiary entities
- evaluating periodical intercompany transactions for arm’s length criteria and prepare all the required information/workings for issuance of TPs on Quarterly/Timely basis.
- coordinate with corporate/Entrepreneur accounting teams and overseas associate entities to ensure all compliance related to TP. Ensure for issuance of the TP Documents on timely basis.
- Manage Transfer pricing documentation and ensure timely compliance.
- Regular review and update of Inter-company agreements and benchmarks to maintain compliance
- Monitor regulatory developments and assess their impact on company’s transfer pricing strategy.
- Support Corporate tax team with necessary information and documentation for local filings & Transfer pricing.
- Work with tax consultants in develop & implementation of Transfer Pricing policies
- Oversee and support all financial and other related operations of European associate entities.
