ACCIONA is looking for a Area Manager for its construction business. This position will be based in the Philippines.Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate marine construction activities.
- Oversee execution of dredging piling concrete works and other marine elements.
- Lead subcontractors and site teams to ensure compliance with project specs and safety standards.
- Track progress and costs; propose adjustments when needed.
- Collaborate with engineering and planning departments.
- Manage daily reporting logistics and material needs.
- Support execution of prestressed concrete structures.
Required Skills and Competencies
- MSc or BSc in Civil Engineering.
- 1015 years of experience in infrastructure projects with marine/coastal focus.
- Experience in international contractor settings.
- Solid understanding of marine construction sequencing and prestressing systems.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Willingness to work full-time on a remote site under rotation or long-term deployment.
