Job Summary and Responsibilities
The Volunteer Services Coordinator supports the day-to-day operations of the Volunteer Services Department and serves as a key partner to the Volunteer Services Manager. This role provides comprehensive operational support in scheduling onboarding training mentorship performance monitoring and ongoing education for all volunteers across clinical and ancillary service lines.
Job Requirements
Education and Experience
- High School or GED
- 2 years college or 1-3 years of equivalent experience in volunteer management working with volunteers
- Experience speaking before groups
- Proficient in Google Suite
- Type 45 wpm
- Excellent writing and verbal communication skills
