How you will make an impact:
TheAdvancedProcess Engineeris responsible fordeveloping designing documenting and validatingmanufacturing equipment and processes both with existing equipment and new equipment used to manufacture filtration and single-use processing solution Advanced Process Engineer will contribute tothe innovativeeffortsbyoptimizingour manufacturing processes and driving continuous improvement initiatives to increase efficiency reduce costs and enhance Engineerworksmostlyindependently inthe design and development of new equipment and processes.
- Analyze product and equipment specifications and performance requirements todeterminedesigns that can be produced by existing manufacturing or processing facilities and methods.
- Determinethefeasibility of designing new plant equipment ormodifyingexisting facilities considering costs available space time limitations company planning and other technical and economic factors.
- Provide technical information concerning manufacturing or processing techniques materials properties and process advantages and limitations which affect long-range plant and product engineering planning.
- Confer with research personnel to clarify or resolve problems anddevelopsdesign.
- Prepare ordirectpreparation of product or system layout and detailed drawings and schematics using 2-D and 3-D CAD software.
- Design products and systemstointerface machines hardware and software.
- Direct andcoordinatesfabrication and installation activities to ensure products and systems conform to engineering design and customer specifications.
- Createprojectplans which will include but are not limited to schedules for due dates testing analysis and documentation.
- Monitorthestatus oftheproject to ensure documentation issubmittedaccording to schedule and delivery deadlines are met. Review and verify project documents for completeness format and compliance with Quality Assurance requirements.
- Assistmaintenance and production in troubleshooting existing equipment problems and where applicablemodifyequipment to improve both reliability and quality.
- Work independently andassistinidentifyingequipment needs and processes.
This is an on-site role based out of our headquarters in Camarillo CA.
The skills and experience youll need:
- Bachelors Degree inan appropriateEngineeringdiscipline such as Mechanical Chemicalor Manufacturing Engineering.
- A minimum of4yearsofworking experience in a similar positionispreferred.
- Must be Proficient with MS Office software including Outlook Word PowerPointandExcelandhavea working knowledge of a wide variety of software packages operating systems and equipment.
- Mustexhibitstrong 3-D and 2-D CAD skills
- Must have strong English Language written and verbal communication skills.

US BASE PAY SCALE $90400 - $120000
The base pay scale for this role is what Meissner reasonably expects to pay for the position although actual pay may vary from this scale depending on an applicants experience.
