Summary:

Maintains manages daily operations of and administers the hospitals RTLS and Call Systems. Performs analysis of the daily use and administration of assigned information systems.

Responsibilities:

Provides training support and troubleshooting to end users. Documents user interface issues and may recommend steps to prevent reports as requested including writing preliminary specifications for system with the planning design development and installation of assigned and troubleshoots existing and proposed systems.
