Job Summary

Were looking for an Influencer Sourcing & Outreach Specialist to support our influencer marketing team by identifying researching and engaging creators at scale.

This role is highly execution-focused centered on creator research list building outreach and follow-ups rather than full campaign ownership.

What Youll Do

Research scout and identify relevant creators across multiple regions and platforms (Instagram TikTok YouTube etc.).
Build and maintain high-quality influencer lists aligned with campaign requirements and client briefs.
Conduct outreach and follow-ups with creators and talent agencies to assess interest availability and fit.
Maintain and update CRM/databases with accurate influencer data including rates audience insights and past performance notes.
Support Influencer Marketing Managers by ensuring a consistent and reliable pipeline of creators for ongoing and upcoming campaigns.
Assist with quality checks on influencer lists to ensure accuracy relevance and campaign readiness.
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth handover of creators into active campaigns.

Who Were Looking For

2 years of experience in an influencer marketing agency (brand-only experience is not sufficient).
Hands-on experience with creator sourcing influencer scouting outreach and list building.
Strong understanding of influencer marketing workflows and creator evaluation basics.
Highly organized and detail-oriented; comfortable working with spreadsheets CRMs and large datasets.
Strong written communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
Reliable self-motivated and comfortable handling repetitive high-volume research and outreach tasks..
