Job Summary
This is a remote position.
AWISEE is a fast-growing digital marketing agency delivering high-impact SEO and link-building campaigns for clients across Europe the US and the UK. Were looking for a Link Building & SEO Outreach Coordinator to support campaign fulfillment and execution across multiple client accounts.
In this role you will work hands-on within a small execution team (34 people) supporting link-building delivery end-to-endfrom opportunity research and outreach coordination to confirmations reporting and quality control. Youll collaborate closely with Account Managers to ensure campaigns are delivered on scope on budget and on time.
This is a strong execution role for someone with proven experience building links not just coordinating tasks.
Key Responsibilities
Link Building & Campaign Execution
Actively support and execute link-building campaigns across multiple client accounts.
Identify research and validate link-building opportunities that align with client requirements and budgets.
Ensure links are secured efficiently to meet campaign targets and delivery timelines.
Support campaign scaling by maintaining a consistent pipeline of confirmed placements.
Market & Niche-Specific Outreach
Work on campaigns targeting European markets including Spain Poland Germany France and Italy as well as the US and UK.
Support link acquisition in Industrial Legal (Law) B2B and B2C niches ensuring relevance and quality.
Coordinate outreach workflows to publishers site owners and partners across these markets.
Account Manager Support
Work closely with Account Managers to understand client briefs link requirements and market-specific strategies.
Translate client goals into actionable link-building and outreach tasks.
Ensure delivery aligns with client expectations quality guidelines and campaign budgets.
Reporting & Tracking
Track outreach status confirmed placements live links and campaign progress.
Maintain accurate documentation and reporting for internal teams and Account Managers.
Flag delivery risks gaps or delays early to ensure smooth execution.
Workflow & Quality Control
Follow established SOPs and workflows for link-building execution.
Ensure all domains placements and links meet internal quality standards.
Support link validation checks and final documentation prior to reporting.
Tools & Systems
Use SEO and prospecting tools such as Ahrefs SEMrush ScrapeBox or similar to research validate and support link acquisition.
Maintain clean and accurate data across spreadsheets CRMs and internal tracking systems.
Requirements
24 years of hands-on experience working in a Link Building / SEO Agency.
Proven experience building links and finding link-building opportunities not just managing tasks.
Demonstrated experience working with European markets (Spain Poland Germany France Italy) and US/UK.
Experience building links in Industrial Legal (Law) B2B and B2C niches.
Strong understanding of link quality relevance and outreach best practices.
Proficiency with Ahrefs SEMrush ScrapeBox or similar tools.
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple campaigns.
Clear written and verbal communication skills in English.
Collaborative execution-focused mindset with attention to detail.
