Job Summary
Job Title:ServiceNow Lead Software Engineer
Job Summary.
We are seeking a skilledServiceNowSeniorDeveloperto design develop configure and maintain ServiceNow applications and integrations. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with ServiceNow platform capabilities follow best practices and collaborate closely with stakeholders to deliver scalable and secure solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Design develop and implement ServiceNow solutions using best practices
Customize ServiceNow applications usingBusiness Rules Client Scripts UI Policies Script Includes and Flow Designer
Develop and maintain ServiceNow modules such asÏTSMCSMAPOMCOFinanceManagementEmployee Centre.
Build and supportintegrationsusing REST SOAP MID Server and IntegrationHub
Create and manageService Catalog items workflowsFlowDesingerandETLIntegration Hub DataFabric/Zero Copy Connectors
Perform unit testing debugging and troubleshooting of platform issues
Support platform upgrades patches and releases
Collaborate with architects business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements
Follow SDLC Agile/Scrum and change management processes
Maintain technical documentation and knowledge articles
Required Skills & Qualifications
3 years of hands-onServiceNow development experience
Strong experience withJavaScriptREST/SOAPAPIs and integrations
(server-side and client-side)
In-depth knowledge of ServiceNow platform architecture
Experience withFinance Managementand MCOprocesses(Source-to-Pay Order-to-Cash lifecycleAccounts payable Accounts receivable etc)
Familiarity withCMDB Discovery andITSM
Experience withotherApplication would be plus likeITOM HRSD.
Understanding ofACLs roles and security best practices
Experience working inAgile/Scrumenvironments
referred Qualifications
ServiceNow certifications such as:
Certified System Administrator (CSA)
Certified Application Developer (CAD)
Module-specific certifications (CSMITSMMCOetc.)
Experience withServiceNow Performance Analytics and Reporting
Knowledge ofUI Builder Service Portal and Workspace configuration
Exposure toDevOps CI/CD and ATF (Automated Test Framework)
Soft Skills

Ability to work independently and in a team environment

Education
Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or equivalent experience
Min7 Years of experience in Servicenow
