RESPONSABILITIES

You will lead journey for our most critical asset: People. You are a strategic consultant to our hiring managers and a brand ambassador to the world.

• Be a Talent Scout: Move beyond LinkedIn. Youll design creative sourcing strategies to find purple squirrels in the aerospace and tech sectors.

• The Candidate Advocate: Youll craft a world-class experience ensuring every candidatehired or notbecomes a fan of Airbus.

• Strategic Partner: You wont just run interviews. Youll advise hiring managers on market trends salary benchmarks and diversity best practices.

• Brand Storyteller: Youll represent us at major events and career fairs sharing what its really like to work at the heart of European innovation.

SKILLS

• A Seasoned Recruiter: You have 3 years of experience ideally in high-tech defence or aerospace.

• A Sourcing Ninja: You navigate LinkedIn Recruiter talent pools and professional networks like a pro.

• A Connector: You build trust easily with everyone from junior engineers to senior executives.

• Tech-Savvy: Youve mastered the ATS (if you know Workday thats a huge plus!).

• Multilingual: You are fluent in Spanish and English. In our world communication knows no borders.

• Compliance-Conscious: You understand the nuances of Spanish labor law to ensure a smooth and fair hiring process.
