What the position offers you:
To support our growth in the ServiceNow Business Group in the Belgium we are looking for ServiceNow Technical Consultants who can straddle both business requirements and technology implementations to deliver ServiceNow solutions.
The Technical Consultant is one of the core components in all our implementations. This role is responsible for supporting customers in the successful implementation and use of ServiceNow including configuration tailoring and coaching to meet their unique business requirements. We are seeking for highly motivated individuals who are looking for an opportunity to join an established but still fast-growing organization.
Job Specifics/responsibilities:
Design and shape the technical architecture of the ServiceNow platform and support complex development approaches in collaboration with business analysts and functional consultants.
Act as trusted Technical Advisor/Expert.
Implement functionalities to meet customer requirements using the front-end and back-end capabilities on the ServiceNow platform.
Implement integrations between ServiceNow and external systems whether on cloud or on premise (ex: SSO SAP other ITSM applications etc.) using technologies like SOAP and REST Webservices JDBC LDAP etc.
Produce technical documentation.
Working Relationships:
As technical consultant you could be individual assigned with clients or working in teams together with direct DXC colleagues and very likely with colleagues from other DXC countries. You will be working with different people at clients to help them with their ServiceNow challenges and successful implementations. You will be working with:

What You Bring With You
Education (degree) and professional experience required:
Bachelor/masters degree in business computer science or related field preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience
Relevant work experience within the ServiceNow platform (GRC/IRM ITOM HRSD SecOps and/or other topics)
Experience in consulting external customers.
Knowledge of ITSM and agile ways of working frameworks like DevOps IT4IT ITIL
Technical Skills
(Strong) experience in the full life cycle of Software Development from business requirements analysis to solution design testing and go-live.
Experience in system performance analysis and documentation.
Experience on technical implementations of various ServiceNow modules.
Mastering web technologies like JavaScript AJAX HTML AngularJS with ServiceNow.
Scripting proficiency in ServiceNow Client Scripts Business Rules UI policies Access Control Validation Scripts background scripts.
Expertise in creating and configuring tables forms lists reports workflow editor email notifications and managing data under ServiceNow support & administration.
Expertise in writing test plans test scripts test cases and generating reports in defect report tools from the market.
