As an Outpatient Therapist youll play a vital role in supporting individuals living with mental health challenges and/or substance use disorders at our Washington NC clinic.

Your Role in Our Mission

As an Outpatient Therapist you will utilize screenings evaluations and diagnostic assessments to develop client treatment goals and person-centered plans (PCPs) which will include input from the clients regarding treatment and diverse after-care plans. You may also provide services to individuals and groups with substance use and mental health struggles to include initiating contact and working with family members or support systems in the care process.

This role will follow a Monday- Friday 8am-5pm work schedule.

We also offer a full benefits package for benefits-eligible positions.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Competitive salary: $55000 - 57000 for provisional licensure; range for full licensure starts at $58000
  • Generous paid time off and paid holidays

What Were Looking For

  • Full or provisional Mental Health licensure: LCSW or LCMHC
    • Dual licensure preferred LCAS CCS
  • Experience in Substance Abuse services preferred
  • Maintain valid state appropriate drivers license and auto insurance for personal and agency vehicles utilized for work
